Ingredients

    2.5-3 cups of all purpose four
    1oz bakers yeast, or yeast pack
    .5 tsp salt
    2tbls extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup hot water

Directions

mix 1.5 cups of flour, yeast, and salt. add water and oil, mix for 1 min until smooth add remaining flour, turn out onto lightly floured surface and kneed for 6-8 minutes until it's smooth and elastic. divide dough in half and let rest for 10 minutes. divide each half into 4 or 8 peices and roll them out to desired thickness. Bake at 425 f for 10-15 minutes

Serving Size: makes 16 mini pizza or 8 personnal pan pizza
