Introduction

Really silky soup with the addition of silken tofu - to boost protein Really silky soup with the addition of silken tofu - to boost protein
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 medium parsnips
    4 carrots
    1 meduim onion
    1 litre water
    salt and pepper to taste
    Silken tofu - 1 30g pack

Tips

keeps well in fridge, flavours will deveop more with keeping.


Directions

chop all veg and add to pay, heat through with a little spray oil
Add water and simmer until tender
season to taste and add chilli
Blitz with a stick blender then add 1 pack silken tofu. continue to blend
