IntroductionGluten-free cashew butter cookies. Gluten-free cashew butter cookies.
1 c nut butter (these have cashew butter)
1 c Splenda™ brown sugar blend
1 t baking powder
1 t vanilla extract
1 large egg
Let cool on tray - they are crumbly and will break if moved too soon!
Form into 24 small balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Dip fork in Splenda™ mix or water, and press crosshatch on each dough ball.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
