Braised Kale

Introduction

Kale rules. Kale rules.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large bunches of kale, chopped
    1/4 cup of chicken stock (I used homemade with the fat skimmed off)
    6 cloves of garlic, sliced into slivers

Directions

Combine ingredients in a large, heavy pot. Cook on med-low for 15 minutes, or until desired texture is reached.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
