BBQ-Bacon Meat Loaf

Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive oil spray
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    4 slices turkey bacon
    2/3 cup quick oats oatmeal
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1lb. ground beef 93%/7%
    2 large egg whites
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teasp. worcestershire sauce
    1/8 teasp. salt
    1/8 teasp. pepper
    1/2 cup bbq sauce

Tips

Using low fat, low carb bbq sauce will alter information.


Directions

350 degree oven
chop bacon - put in skillet with onion
cook until bacon is crisp and onions soft
remove from pan and let cool.
Combine oats and milk in mixing bowl stir and let stand about 5 minutes, until oats soaked up milk.
Combine all ingredients except for bbq. Mixing thoroughly and place in loaf pan. Smooth out top.
Put bbq sauce on top.
Put in oven for 40 minutes.
Take out of oven and left sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
