One large egg .5 cup whole milk .5 cup all-purpose flour a little butter
Preheat oven to 450. Dot butter into 6 muffin cups, place into oven while preheating. Mix egg and milk together thoroughly, whipping in air. Mix in flour gently. Take hot pan out of oven, pour batter into muffin cups evenly, put back in oven. Bake 10-12 minutes until "popped". These collapse when you cut into them or bite them. Eat hot!
