Ingredients

    700g baby potatoes
    few sprigs fresh rosemary
    2 fresh bay leaves
    6 cloves garlic

    bunch spring onions (scallions)
    3 cloves garlic
    few fresh thyme sprigs
    whole nutmeg for grating (use about 1/8)
    small knob butter
    200g baby spinach
    50ml single cream
    25g parmesan

    dried oregano
    sweet paprika
    small knob butter
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    1 lemon
    200g cherry tomatoes
    4 rashers smoked streaky bacon
    couple of sprigs fresh rosemary

    1 tbsp oil,
    salt and pepper
