Ingredients

    2 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 head broccoli
    250g frozen peas
    small knob butter
    1 dsp mint sauce

    1/2 tsp fennel seeds
    500g cod fillets, scaled and pin boned
    100g white breadcrumbs
    2 cloves garlic
    10g anchovy fillets
    v small bunch fresh basil
    1/4 - 1/2 fresh red chilli
    20g parmesan
    1/2 lemon
    balsamic vinegar
    couple of sprigs fresh rosemary
    couple sprigs fresh thyme

    1 tbp oil
    salt and pepper

    3 rashers pancetta
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 bag (120g) mixed watercress and rocket leaves
