Spaghetti Pizza Pie
Submitted by: NIFERANDERSONIntroduction
This is easier than making pizza crust and easier for my little one to eat with a fork than regular spaghetti. This is easier than making pizza crust and easier for my little one to eat with a fork than regular spaghetti.Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients
-
16 oz Spaghetti, cooked (pasta)
1 jar Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
1/2 package Pepperoni
1 8oz Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese,
3 Eggs
1 Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped
1 small can mushrooms
Other toppings you enjoy (though nutritional info is for this combination of ingredients).
Tips
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti to al dente.
2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350, get out a 9x13 pan and spray it with nonstick spray, scramble eggs, cut veggies and get other supplies out.
3. Rinse noodles to cool slightly. If you don't, the eggs will scramble on the noodles instead of working to make a crust for your "pizza."
4. Stir in the eggs, then pour into baking dish.
5. Put ricotta on top, then sauce, and other toppings.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
