Granola Clusters

Ingredients

    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (3 cups dry)
    Flax Seed, 1 Cup
    Sunflower Seeds, 1 cup
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 8.5 oz can
    Pecans, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Almonds, 1.33 cup, slivered
    Canola Oil, .33 cup
    Real Maple Syrup, .67 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients, spread on parchment lined pans, bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool completely - break into clusters - store in airtight containes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 half sheet pans
