Ingredients

    *Clams, canned, meat only, 1 cup(remove)
    *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving(remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced(remove)
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Flour, white, .75 cup(remove)
    Butter, salted, .75 cup(remove)
    *Albertson's - Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 2 can (13 oz)(remove)

Directions

cook veges in clam juice and water to cover. melt butter in seperate pan stir in flour and add milk. when veges are tender add to flour mixture. heat through add clams just to warm.
