Introduction

I concocted this in my head on our way home from a kid's birthday party wherein I did NOT partake in the usual Pizza and Birthday Cake. I concocted this in my head on our way home from a kid's birthday party wherein I did NOT partake in the usual Pizza and Birthday Cake.

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaves
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Beets, fresh, .5 cup
    Annie's Naturals Tuscany Italian Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 2 serving

Tips

*Pretend it's a cupcake!


Directions

Wash the lettuce and dry off well. Spoon on cottage cheese, kidney beans, broccoli and drizzle on the dressing. Enjoy!
