Ingredients

    1 small frozen banana peeled and halved
    1 tsp. flax seed
    25g low fat granola
    1 serving kroger carbmaster raspberry yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup of water
    1 Ice cube
    1/4 cup frozen raspberry's

Tips

If your using a blender add the granola. flax and frozen items in early so it will blend well and not get stuck on the top sides of your blender.


Directions

Just add all the ingredients into your blender or smoothie maker and blend till its nice and smooth and pour able. YumYum.

Serving Size: This makes 24oz's of drink. which can be cut down to 8, or 12 drink to lower your cal. count.
