Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5lbs, already cooked
    Broccoli, cooked, 600 grams(steamed)
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 2 10oz cans
    *Kraft Fat Free Mayonaise Dressing, 1 cup
    Curry powder, 1.5 tsp
    Lemon juice, 3 tbsp
    *Kraft Double Cheddar Light Shredded Cheese, 200 gram

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place chicken and broccoli in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. Blend well. Pour soup mixture over chicken/broccoli mixture and top with shredded cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
