Quick, easy, and yummy! Quick, easy, and yummy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef, lean
    1/2 Medium Onion
    1 cup Salsa of choice
    1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper

Directions

Brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain. Add the salsa and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve in taco shells with lettuce and tomato, or as the meat to a taco salad.
