Ingredients

    1 can Italian Diced tomatoes
    1 head of cauliflower, grated into rice size chunks
    1 Onion Diced
    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery LIght Spread

Tips


Directions

Sautee Onions until soft. Add grated cauliflower and sautee til soft. Add diced tomatoes and heat through. Healthy fake rice :)
