Protein Pancakes

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 egg whites
    1/4 cup dry oatmeal (blended, but not into powder)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
    1 small banana (sliced)

Directions

Add 1st 3 ingredients to bowl, mix together. Stir in banana. Pour onto skillet or griddle and cook until stiff, turning once.

Serve with 1 tbsp peanut butter (if desired) and sugar free pancake syrup.

*If you omit banana, you might want to add a little some sugar/sweetener (to taste)*

Makes 2 large or 4 medium pancakes.
