Vegetarian Wonton Tacos

Ingredients

    wonton wrappers (16, I made 4 wontons for 4 people), Bleack Beans, Taco Seasoning, shredded cheese, Salsa,

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray regular sized muffin tin with nonstick spray, this will only have to be done this one time.

Press one wrapper into each cup, and bake 5 min until the wrapper makes a little shell. DO NOT OVER BAKE (underbaking is better). Repeat with all the wrappers.
Place wonton shells on a baking tray to cool.

While wrappers are baking, mush the black beans with a fork and add some of the taco seasoning (to taste). Scoop about 1 tsp of salsa into each cup and top with cheese.

Put wrappers back into the oven for up to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
