Turkey Sausage Patties

Introduction

Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, 1 point breakfast patties--yum! Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, 1 point breakfast patties--yum!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pam
    1 egg white
    1 tsp sage
    .5 tsp paprika
    .5 tsp salt
    .25 tsp black pepper
    8 oz ground turkey breast (JennieO extra lean)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spray 1-2 seconds of Pam into mixture. Form into 8 patties with hands. Spray each side with Pam. Heat in a skillet over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes per side.
Reduce heat if patties are browning too quickly.
