Ingredients

    1 cup of fresh strawberries
    1/2 cup of fat-free plain yogurt
    1 cup of nonfat milk
    1 packet of Weight Watchers Vanilla smoothie mix
    1 scoop of plain or vanilla whey protein powder
    6 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
