This tuna salad is terrific served as a sandwich, open faced as a tuna melt or as an addition to a salad.
Add variety with the addition of a diced hard boiled egg and/or diced onions.
Directions
Drain tuna (if using canned), in a bowl combine the tuna, peppers, celery, carrots and mayo. Mix until well combined.
