Introduction

Low-sodium tuna salad that is full of color and flavor! Low-sodium tuna salad that is full of color and flavor!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 3oz. Can Low-Sodium Tuna
    1/2 c. Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. Celery, chopped
    1/2 c. Carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. Red Onion, chopped
    1 lg. Hard Boiled Egg, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Light Mayo

Tips

This tuna salad is terrific served as a sandwich, open faced as a tuna melt or as an addition to a salad.


Directions

Drain tuna, in a bowl combine the tuna, peppers, celery, carrots, onions and mayo. Mix until well combined. Add hard boiled egg and gently stir until combined.

Serving Size: 4 - 1/2 c. servings
