Ingredients

    Flank Steak, .75 lb(remove)
    Sherry, dry, 4 fl. oz(remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp(remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp(remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove(remove)
    Corn Starch, 10 grams(remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, chopped(remove)
    Scallions, raw, 6 large(remove)
    Bamboo shoots, raw, 175 grams(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    *Hoisin Sauce, 10 tbsp(remove)

Directions

Marinate beef in all the sauce (less the corn starch). Cook beef in wok. Mix everything into wok. Serve in warm tortilla.
