Ingredients

    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup fat free milk
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 egg substitute
    1/8 cup frozen corn
    pinch of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and divide evenly among 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 mins
