    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup honey
    3 scoops V-shape mix
    2 cups oatmeal(not instant or quick)


combine peanut butter and honey,microwave for 30 seconds,mix in v-shape mix,then oatmeal. Press into an 8"square pan and chill for a few minutes. cut into 16 squares.
