Chewy Cocunut Bars

Ingredients

    2 large Egg
    1/4 tsp Maple Extract
    1/2 c Margarine, melted
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 c Coconut, shredded
    1/2 c Walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c Raisins
    1/2 c Splenda
    3 tsp Fiber-sure Fiber Supplement
    1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
Spray 8x8 square pan with non fat spray

1. In small bowl combine Splenda, Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
2. In large bowl beat eggs, maple extract, vanilla extract, and margarine.
3. Add flour mixture to blender then add remaining ingredients.
4. Pour mixture into 8x8 prepared pan.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Makes 16 bars at 3 points each
