Cranberry Granola Snack

Ingredients

8 cups Quick Oats
3/4 C Canola Oil
1/2 C Maple Syrup
1/2 C Sugarfree Syrup
1/2 C Honey
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Water
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
1/2 C Cashews, halved
1/2 C Sunflower Seeds,hulled
1/2 C Almonds, sliced
1/2 C Pecans, halved
2 C Dried Cranberries
1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375. Place oats into a large bowl then in a small saucepan combine oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, water, vanilla & salt. Bring this to a boil while constantly stirring. Once it boils remove from heat and pour over the oats, stir to incorporate.
Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet & bake for 10mins, stir. Bake 5 more mins then add the nuts & seeds. Return to over for about another 10mins until everything is nicely toasted. Turn oven off and remove pan, stir in the cranberries & return to the oven. Allow to sit in the turned off oven till cool, this will dry the granola out to give it crunch.
