Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Chunk Pineapple, canned in Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, 2.5 cup- 1 can should be about 20 oz
    Canned crushed pineapple (in its own juice), 2.5 cup - 1 can should be about 20 oz
    Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup (8 oz)
    Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), 1 cup (8 oz)
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, 8 Serving (2 packs of dry mix)

Directions

Mix crushed pineapple and cream cheese in a large bowl.
Slowly stir in Jello instant vanilla pudding mixes.
Add whip cream and pineapple chunks, and stir. Refrigerate until ready to serve, serve chilled.



Serving Size: Makes about nine 3/4 cup servings
