Cooked Quinoa, 3/4 cup
Nonfat Milk, 1 cup
Cinnamon, 1 tsp.
Maple Syrup, 1 tsp.
Walnuts, 1 TBSP.
Blueberries, 1/2 cup

Directions
Mix together milk, cooked quinoa, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Put in microwave for about a minute and a half or until warm to your liking. Top with blueberries and chopped walnuts.
