Peach, Date, Almond Breakfast Smoothie

Introduction

Delicious and easy! For staying power, you can add vanilla protein powder to this, but I like it best just like this. You can use any plain yogurt, but I use the greek yogurt that I make at home. Ingredients

    1 cup greek yogurt
    1 T peach cider
    2 pitted dates
    1 T salted almonds
    ice

Tips


Directions

Blend all ingredients well, adding ice last. Pour into glass, being sure to get pulp that may remain in the bottom of the blender.

Serving Size: Makes 1 full glass
