Meatballs

Introduction

A great all purpose meatball for pasta or our favourite, meatball subs on whole wheat hot dog buns! A great all purpose meatball for pasta or our favourite, meatball subs on whole wheat hot dog buns!
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    1 pkg ground beef
    1 pkg ground turkey
    1 pkg stove top stuffing
    6 tbsp fat free italian salad dressing
    1 egg
    2 cups favourite tomato sauce

Directions

In large bowl mix all ingredients until just mixed. Set aside to allow stuffing mixture to soak up moisture (usually 10 -15 min) Roll mixture into balls. Bake at 350 degrees on cookies sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 min or until no longer pink in centre. Simmer sauce while meatballs are baking. When meatballs are done, transfer to sauce and simmer for another 10-15 min. Use as you would like!
