Robin's single dish peach cobbler

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    .5 c skim milk
    2 egg whites
    2 packets of sweetener
    1 c sliced peaches
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 c Bisquick mix
    dash of cinnamon

Directions

Set the oven to 400. (these dishes fit perfectly in a counter-top convectional oven.)
Drop 3 slices of peaches into each of the 4 ramekin dishes
Mix together the bisquick, milk, egg whites, vanilla and sugar twin and add a dash of cinnamon
Pour an equal amount in each dish and bake for 15 minutes

Eat while warm with a dollop of coolwhip.
