Flour, white, self-raising, 0.5 cup Soy Milk, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 medium Reduced sodium salt
Place a non-stick bun tin in the oven at 200C for 5 minutes until hot. Meanwhile, sift the flour into a bowl, add the milk, salt and egg and mix until well combined with no lumps. Fill each bun round 2/3 full with the batter and cook in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Don't overcook.
Thanks very much for sharing, it's a fantastic recipe. I am a massive lover of Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings, but with almost 91 cals per pud, I have to take it easy. Now I can eat a good few and not feel THAT guilty!
