Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
    2 tbsp flour
    1/4 cup Earth Balance vegan margarine
    2 tbsp ground mustard powder
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp tamari
    dash or two of salt

Tips

Mix with 4 servings of pasta (rotini and elbow macaroni are great!) and serve as a nutritious dinner!


Directions

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt Earth Balance. Add flour and whisk. It will clump up.

Add half of the milk and whisk until clumps dissolve. Add remaining ingredients, whisking until smooth. Cook until it begins to bubble a little. If it is too dry, add some water; too thick, add more nutritional yeast.

Serving Size: Makes approximately four 1/4-cup servings.
