Tamika's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Tomato Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Eggplant, fresh, 1 cup, cubes
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Vinegar, Heinz - Apple Cider 1/8 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
    salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Add all other ingredients, slowly bring to a boil. Simmer for five minutes or until eggplant is tender.
