4 cups Kale, stems removed, washed & spun dried
8 quick sprays of Pam Olive Oil Spray
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Keep an eye on the kale while it's cooking. It can burn quickly! I used regular green kale but wonder how the red kale will work.
Line rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment. Spray bottom of foil/parchment lightly with oil. Lay kale evenly across pan & sprinkle with seasonings. Lightly spray top of kale.
Roast for 3 minutes & rotate pan, roast another 3 minutes. The edges should be browned & kale is crispy when moved in the pan.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
