Apple Crumble (hcg)

Introduction

1 fruit, 1 carb, 1 dairy 1 fruit, 1 carb, 1 dairy
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 apple, with peel, diced
    1 tbsp milk (or 1/2 tbsp heavy cream)
    1 packet Stevia
    1/2 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground clove
    1/4 cup water
    ---------------------------------
    1 serving Melba Toast (wheat or white), crushed into crumbles.

Directions

In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients except the melba. Cover & cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apple is tender.
Stir in the melba chunks - add a little more water if needed to keep from sticking. Cook another minute or two, until melba is moist.
