Ingredients

    2 tsp Canola Oil
    1 Lb Extra Lean Ground Sirloin 93/7
    1 Medium Head Cabbage Chopped
    1 Medium Onions Chopped
    4 Medium Carrots Sliced
    1 1/2 Cup Green Beans cut to 1"
    1 Cup Large Butter Beans
    1 1/2 Cup V-8 Juice
    1 16 oz Can Tomato Sauce
    2 16 oz. Can Hunts Garlic & Heb diced Tomatoes
    4 Cups Hot Water
    3 tsp Better than Bullion Beef Base
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins Worchester Sauce
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Granulated Garlic 3 tsp
    Black Pepper 2 tsp.
    Fresh Thyme 1 Tbsp
    Celery Seed 1/2 tsp

Tips

Add any additional veggies as desired.

Directions

1) Bring heavy bottom 5 Qt pot to medium high heat
2) Add Ground Sirloin and onions and brown.
3) Add remaining ingredients, stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
