Low Carb Green Bean Casserole

Introduction

A low carb (and cheesylicious!) adaptation of everyone's favorite Thanksgiving casserole. A low carb (and cheesylicious!) adaptation of everyone's favorite Thanksgiving casserole.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 Cans French Cut Green Beans (drained)
    6 Tbs Butter (or ghee)
    3 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Cup Cheddar French Fried Onions
    1/4 Cup Almond Meal

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, less 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and french friend onions. Pour mixture into a glass baking dish (greased). Top with remaining cheddar cheese, then french friend onions. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 Cup Servings
