Barilla, Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 4 serving
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Garlic, 3 cloves
Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes, 4
Add capers for extra added taste.
Add cream cheese and chicken broth, cook stir 3 to 4 minutes until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended well.
Add parmesan cheese and garlic to cream cheese mixture.
Add shrimp and stir until cooked completely.
Add spinach to shrimp and mix.
Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
Stir in shrimp mixture.
Add cherry tomatoes on top of pasta.
