    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Post Shredded Wheat Wheat 'n bran cereal, .25 cup (remove)
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix beef, egg white, onions and cereal. Brown in skilled with Pam. Add soup, Simmer.
