Ingredients

1 can condensed cream soup (broccoli, mushroom, celery, onion, etc)
1 cup 2% Lactaid milk
1 1/4 cup water
3 scoops Nutrabio unflavored whey protein isolate
Tips
For bariatric patients, they do not recommend regular milk as patients tend to be lactose intolerant. Other choices for milk include Lactaid milk, soy, almond, rice or coconut milk, acidophilis milk.
Directions
Empty soup into a saucepan. Slowly add milk and water. Heat through. Strain soup (to remove pieces-not allowed in phase 2. Whisk in the protein powder and serve hot.
