.5 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.75 tsp Baking Powder
.5 cup Milk, nonfat
Beat in eggs one at a time
Stir in vanilla
Fold in flour and baking powder
Add in milk
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes for loaf and 20 minutes for cupcakes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 cupcakes or 16 loaf slices
