Ingredients

400g tin haricot beans, drained and rinsed
100ml vegetable stock (broth)
1 tbsp half fat creme fraiche
1 tbsp chopped (cilantro)
Directions
Place the haricot beans and stock (broth) in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then drain. Very lightly mash the beans together with the creme fraiche and coriander (cilantro) and serve.
