Chicken N Rice for Two

Introduction

Slow cooker chicken, rice and green beans with cream of chicken soup mixed in with the rice. Slow cooker chicken, rice and green beans with cream of chicken soup mixed in with the rice.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs 1 can
    Water, tap, 2/3 cup (8 fl oz)
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 units

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in bottom of pot.
Drain and add green beans around chicken.
Add water.
Season with onion powder and black pepper.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, boil water and cook rice. Once rice has soaked up the liquid, add/stir in the cream of chicken soup with Herbs. Mix it well. Heat on Low until the soupy bits are warmed as much as the rice - don't burn it!!!
