Susana's chicken noodle

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 chicken drumsticks
    2 cups of leeks
    2 cups of fresh asparagus
    3 large potatoes peeled and chopped
    1 cup of egg noodles
    2 quarts of water

    Salt
    Parsley
    Basil
    Garlic (one clove)

Tips

If you wish to have noodles I tend to buy a lot of Ramen packets. I throw away the spices and let the noodles cook in the broth. Just do it in a small pot.

Directions

Throw the drumsticks in the water and let it boil. While the drumsticks are boiling proceed to chop up leeks and then put in a bowl to soak. Just to make sure there is no bugs. Clean the asparagus and chop up. Finally peel and chop up the potatoes. Add it all into the pot after you are done. Check to see if the potatoes are thoroughly cooked and soft. Serve when done.
