Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

1 chicken thigh, skinless, deboned if desired
.25 cup plain panko bread crumbs
2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
Tips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking pan with aluminum foil.
Prepare thigh by removing all skin and fat. Bone may be removed but meat may not be as juicy. Set aside.
Mix panko and seasoning mix. Place into a large ZipLoc bag. Set aside.
Place water into a bowl large enough to hold water & chicken.
Dip thigh into water. Remove & allow excess water to drip off for just a moment.
Drop into open ZipLoc bag. Close bag letting lots of air remain in bag.
Shake well until chicken is coated.
Open bag & remove chicken. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Put into oven & bake for 1 hour or until a thermometer inserted into the fleshy part of the meat reads 165 degrees.
Remove from pan & serve.
