onion, diced - 1
butter - 2 tbsp.
garlic, minced - 1 clove
flour - 2 tbsp.
milk 1% - 1/2 cup
water - 3/4 cup
cream of celery soup - 1 can
sockeye salmon - 2 tins
oregano - 1/2 tsp.
tomatoes - 1/2 can drained
mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 cup
lasagne noodles, oven ready - 9
Cover bottom of 9x12 glass dish with salmon mixture. Place a layer of 3 noodles over top. Add another layer of salmon using 1/3 of the mixture, followed by a second layer of noodles. Repeat once more. Place last 1/3 of salmon mixture over the top layer of noodles.
Scatter diced tomatoes over the layer of salmon. Sprinkle cheese over the tomatoes.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes
