Introduction

A serving is two waffles. I use cottage cheese, more whole eggs, almond meal and potein powder in this one. A serving is two waffles. I use cottage cheese, more whole eggs, almond meal and potein powder in this one.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 T flaxseed
    1 T Almond meal
    2 egg whites
    2 2T scoops whey protein powder
    1 T water
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 c cottage cheese
    1 T oil (coconut)

Directions

Blend all ingredients and pour batter on to a waffle iron. Can be topped with berries or your topping of choice.
Makes about 12-13 waffles
