Ingredients

    1 VIDALIA ONION
    1 CELERY HEART
    1 PKG NEUFCHATEL
    1 PKG BROCCOLI FROZEN
    1 PKG SHREDDED CARROTS
    2CUPS FF 1/2 & 1/2
    1/2 CUP CORN STARCH
    1 TBS LOW SODIUM BETTER THAN BOULLION
    ADOBO SEASONING
    1 CUP LF SHREDDED CHEDDER

Directions

PUT CHOPPED ONION, CELERY, CARROTS, BETTER THAN BOULLION IN SOUP DISH AND COVER WITH WATER. COOK TIL TENDER. ADD BROCCOLI AND COOK TIL TENDER. TAKE OFF HEAT. STIR IN CORN STARCH WITH COLD WATER AND ADD TO VEGETABLES. ADD NEUFCHATEL, SHREDDED CHEESE, AND CREAMER.
