Ingredients

    6 Cups rolled oats
    2/3 cups sliced almonds
    2/3 cups sunflower seeds
2/3 cups raw pepitas or pumpkin seeds
1 cup shredded or sliced coconut
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    2/3 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1/2 Cup raisins
    4.5 oz chopped dried mango

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix 6 Cups rolled oats, 2/3 cups sliced almonds, 2/3 cups sunflower seeds, 2/3 cups raw pepitas or pumpkin seeds, 1 cup shredded or sliced coconut, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 2/3 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/3 cup maple syrup in a large mixing bowl. Spread in a large baking pan (mine is Pyrex). Put in oven for 35-40 minutes, taking out briefly 2-3 times to stir (get the sesame seeds and the coconut up from the bottom to keep them from burning). Take out of the oven when some browning and to desired crunch, but not burned. Cool a little and then stir in 1/2 Cup raisins and 4.5 oz chopped dried mango. Enjoy.
